You can write garbage just as long as yopu edit gold

As the soldiers arched to and fro
After vanquishing many a foe
The drummer rang out rat a tat tat
Then sundenly a Spat

The soldiers turned thier heads
The boy thought he would be dead
He rang out rat a tat tat

Spat
So now the boy hangs back and forth
Because he gave all his worth
But unfortunatly that spat
Put him in shame eternally

Good poem, but I can see places of improvement. Your last two lines don't follow your rhyming scheme. If you wanted them to stick out, that's great, but I think you'd be better off following the pattern you've already set up. Good poem beyond that though. Keep up the good work!
