The physicality of the entire match has built up under his eyes. Beads of sweat drip from the forehead down. With scrunched up cheeks and a lowered jaw he releases his anger in a mighty yell. Pounding his chest, he can feel heart beating faster. Now comes the eruption of the fans, the hugs from his teammates and the applause from the coaches. The electric buzzing noise in the stadium echoes; rings his eardrums. A charge of adrenaline gives him energy to play even harder. He may have kicked his pains into the back of the net, but he has put his team on top and one goal closer to victory. Showing enthusiasm for the colors of his team, he is on top of the world for this one moment. This moment is what he breathes for. He knows that these ninety minutes on the pitch bring joy to all who love the game and share his passion.
