It came and went,
Like a snap of the finger.
Now the wind blows cold;
We bundle up and linger.
Shorts and a tee
Was the only trend.
Wearing that now,
In the crown you won’t blend.
Lemonade and ice cream—
I’m gonna miss it.
Hot chocolate and blankets
Are in it to win it.
Yay! It’s back!
Wait, that was a dream.
Don’t worry, it’ll come.
