Got a Glass Jaw
I’ve got a glass jaw beneath my teeth
Live in a glass house, I’ll be your wreath
Decorate me with pretty lies and ribbons
Just another disguise of the hell that we live in
Prayed this jaw’s as pretty as that nose
And from the gallows of lonesomeness she rose
Little girl found a way to get in for free
These words aren’t mine but they carry me
Some think these clear walls let them eyes see it all
Did you forget who’s hanging on the door?
Amidst the pummeled freedom rings
A kid whose cold heart’s of only things
