Heart Surgeon
With your heart now opened
You begin to fall
With a cut and a slice
You could lose it all
Your tongue is first
It's clean and clear
She grasps her scalpel
Don't speak my dear
Next your eyes
So fast so sure
She says they were meant
for only her
Her third procedure
Is the latest trend
Your arms must hold her
Forever on end
Your legs are severed
then chained to the floor
Not even in death
may you walk out her door
In a slow and painful process
she dines upon your brain
Because a mindless puppy dog
is so much easier to train
Now it is the time
for her last defining act
She ends your "life"
With a heart attack
Your heart opened up
You began to fall
Now here you lie
You've lost it all
