You are in standing in front of me asking me a simple question

and I reply

yes

with h e s i ti a t i o n

to make you think that I didn't need this

so badly

and we sleep-walk in circles

in oblivion to our surroundings.

I am fascinated by you

Someone is singing about a broken heart and I feel like

crying

it seems as though it is just us

I look

around to see that

everyone is on the same level as I am.

But I sense s a d

nes

s

within you and You

won't tell me WHY

and I glance at you but there are no

tears

dancing on your face,

so explain why your

body

is

cry

in

g

and I wish only to save you

but I am unable

to do anything

except

sleep-walk

in tiny circles

with

YOU

Beautiful, simply beautiful, the style manages to make modern writing look majestic and fanciful, instead of trashy and overly trendy. Deserving of its publication! Congrats!
