I am the daughter of a preacher man, raised under a steeple
Singing along to each hymn the bell tower rings out
I believe in the love of Jesus Christ
That all joy, redemption and peace are through Him
True love waits in stamped on my heart
I hope my husband will appreciate the thought

I am a high heel shoe strutting my way through each scene of life
A typical drama queen whose life might end if she doesn’t make the grade
Perfection is engrained in me, my toughest critic
My hair color changes as often as the set of a Broadway play
My style changes with it, a little each day
I dress to reflect the characters that encompass the girl in me
Outgoing, girly, dramatic
I am not skinny, nor am I fat…
I go by blessed
And in the words of my stick-skinny mother “We do not skinny dip-we chunky dunk”

God is the director, life is a stage
Love is the screenplay, and I am the script
I plan to make life a memorable performance
One that will not be forgotten for years to come
One that will be encored over and over forever more
And when the curtain is closed, it will leave a mark
“That girl lived life to the fullest, she was a girl who loved, cared, and let each in to see life through her play…behind the curtain.”

"Chunky-Dunk?!?!?!?!?" That is the single funniest thing that I have heard in a while, and is so something that Sylv would say! Keep on home girl. You have a God given talent, and you use it well. I'm proud of you tater head!

This is certainly one of my favorites: "I will become even more undignified than this, and I will be humiliated in my own eyes." -2 Samuel 6:22

Wow. I really enjoyed your piece. You spoke so.... clearly. I understood all of what you said and could relate it to myself. Really good job. Keep writing.

God bless,
