The sun dips down into the horizon
Vanishing not only the light
but the memories from the days past
When children laughed and lovers kissed
Entangled in a mess of euphony
As darkness arises and blinds the eyes from sight
We are forced stumble and falter as we walk gently towards the edge
Only to hope that we do not fall

Nice work. I loved your poem. "Vanishing not only the light" is my favorite line. 5 stars
