Daddy come quick, I need your help, from this abusive life I've been dealt.
Daddy come quick, I need your comfort, for what the other kids say, their words hurt.
Daddy come quick, I need your advice, my boyfriends doing things to me, that I don't like.
Daddy come quick, I need your calling, for my future, and for my darling.
Daddy come quick, I need your patience, my kids are hard to handle, on the floor one just wet.
Daddy come quick, I need your healing, my husbands sick with cancer, time with me it's stealing.
Daddy come quick, I need your steady, my daughters getting married, and I'm not ready.
Daddy come quick, I need your slowing, my grand kids are getting big, too fast their growing.
Daddy come quick, I need you take me, I don't have much longer, with you any minute I'll be.
Daddy come quick, I need your key, I'm at the gate of heaven, come get me.
Daddy come quick, I need your embrace, for I've waited so long, to see your lovely face.
I need you, I love you, I want you to know,
Thanks for loving me, when you could have let me go.
