Rain
The rain falls gracefully down the road.
Like rose petals dropping from a dying rose.
The current flows calmly to an unknown destination.
Awaiting to quench and to feed,
humans and plants alike.
To continue a cycle that is the key to life.
Or evaporate into the air,
and become a cloud again.
And one day fall as rain to the earth once more.
