creeping fingers linger
crying a solemn melody
whispers of slow movement
for a discordant harmony
butterfly kiss so light
tiny dancers twirl among shadows
engulfed in stony silence
roses ad mist unkempt meadow
cracking greyness above
emitting light into darkness
rain bonding earth and sky
heated hope killing loneliness
moment frozen in time
saccharine flood of fantasies
emotion induced stupor
memories lost in wilted dasies
