the life long game

she is going nowhere
living life day to day
not looking for the past or future
the exact same way.
is life ever fair
not in any way
but why should i
be the one to say.
ask anyone around
who are the so called "losers"
they'll teel you how those "populars" are
when they give people internal bruises.
poor people lose
rich people win
that is the way of the game
and the line is very thin.
will she ever win
who really knows
that's just the way
the game of life goes.
