It was love at first site,
the moment I met him.
I knew we would last forever.
My love for him was like the need
of rain on a dry field.
That one moment,
in that one place,
with that one kiss.
He was adorable,
with his cute socks with sandals,
my teddy bear in my arms,
and that most amazing ruffle of his hair.
The sky was dark,
but that didn’t ruin the
moment.
The moment was ours,
ours forever.
