BEST FRIENDS
Kindergarten is where it all began,
I still remember that beach trip, playing in the sand.
We made a promise to be Best Friends Forever,
To be there for each other through whatever,
We’ve been through our ups and our downs,
Through all the smiles and the frowns,
My life wouldn’t be the same without you,
It’d just be all gloomy and blue.
We’re as close as can be,
We’re like sisters, you and me.
No one can ever tear us apart,
You’re like the pop to my tart.
Many people say,
That you and me, we’re like PB&J,
We laugh, we cry, we make time fly by,
We’re the best of friends you and I.
People look, and people stare.
So what, we’re crazy, WE don’t care.
You’re there for me when life gets tough,
And you back me up when things get rough.
You’re the best friend I could ask for,
And no one could ever love you more!
