Spoonful of worry
Brown paper bag
Drop of terror
Panic attack frosting

1. Mix a 1/2 cup of stress with a spoonful of worry in a brown paper bag.
3. Blend until you're shaking and add a drop of terror.
4. Add a pinch of procrastination and bake until it burns.
5. Finish off with panic attack frosting and a sprinkle of jitters.
