The Steppingstone

May 25, 2009

Arriving on new land,
I learned to understand,
A new, different kind of sand.

My life began a new chapter.
I started with strangers.
I wished I was just a dreamer.

Lancination was the first steppingstone
Language barrier now was known
Two different worlds, one alternative wish I owned.

Where I could be on other side
Where fence that planets were divided
When time began guiding the right.

For English is a friend,
I am no more an alien,
And the worlds become blended.
