The wind is the stimulus to all happiness
It makes the swing sway back and forth
Cools the summer with the ever so relief of absolute hotness
It’s the beginning of everyday and doesn’t rest at night
It lives off the whispers and screams of children
The laughter and thumps of their running feet
It’s the message that sometimes scares us, and sometimes speaks all that is lost in the world
It’s the numbness in all that feels and the spark in every touch
