Sun Shine
When you look up into the sun your eye catches that glare,
and you look away sharply realizing noone else is there,
you feel the heat on your bare skin,
and sweat trickling through your hair,
begging for some wind, just a slight gust,
you walk off because you simply had enough,
although sitting on the couch all day was really kind of tough,
you wish you had more time to play,
and had not been so abrupt.
