The End of School

We’ve just finished our work,
The day’s almost done.
We can’t wait to be free,
To play and have fun.
We sit in our desks,
Waiting for the bell to ring,
Only one minute left,
And then, “DING, DING, DING.”
Students run through the hallways,
Screaming and Shouting
No one is sad.
No one is pouting.
