Coming home from the park
Looking real tired
Got a call from my boss
He said I was fired
It was a big loss
Buts that was ok
I was still real tired
And started to sway
Back and forth
Into my bed
Got under the sheets
And rested my head
I thought about today
And wondered why
Everything was so wrong
I was ready to die
I started to dream
And to my surprise
I just grabbed my skateboard
And started to ride
The wind in my hair
It felt so right
The bearings in my wheels
were put in tight
It was real fun
too bad my dream was done
got ready for the day
and got under the sun
