If i told you

If i told you i was yours forever
and you were forever mine
would you lock me in your arms
or would you let me fall behind
If i told you that i loved you
and i wanted you to stay
would you say you loved me too
or would you simply walk away
If i told you i was very sick
i was about to die
would you stay and hold my hand
or would you sit and watch me cry
If i told you i was moving
and i only had just one day
would you want to come with me
or would you walk away
I wish i knew the answers
but then i'd be afraid to know
if you were to stay
or if you were to go

great poem. especially like the anaphora in the first four stanzas.
