Being leader of a team is a difficult position
One filled with courage, strength, as well as ambition
Some days you’ll laugh
And some days you’ll cry
But, oh, how quickly the time will fly
Don’t become discouraged throughout the year
Or become anxiously filled with fear
Trust your judgment and glow with confidence
Even when sometimes it’s hard to demand silence
Although respect may seem like an issue
When the time comes to leave, your team will surely miss you
You’ll realize all your hard work pays off as you come to an end
And soon you’ll grow to miss all your best friends
Eventually the team realizes how much you cared
And you will leave them with all the wonderful memories you have shared!
Never give up or loose motivation
