Gone
Gone are the days when we laughed,
They have come and they have passed.
No more do we talk for hours,
Instead we lead these seperate lives of ours.
I wish I could go back,
To when it all went wrong.
But it's all gone black,
And what made me crack,
Cannot be repaired.
The last words you said,
Echo in my ears like a gong.
And my ability to carry on,
Is definitely gone, and I am feeling weak,
Without you my life is beyond bleak.
Please tell me that someday soon,
The time will come again to speak.
