Jodi and Tyler
Some days I long for you
But those days are the days that you
Grow farther and farther from me
I'm happy to see that you can smile
Even if it is just for a while
I'm sorry if I have ruined your life
I do not try to
I love your family as if they were my own
And I hope they accept me as their own
I try to let go but it's hard
You were my first and only true love
And I let you go
I guess I got to proud
And let you down
And I'm sorry
I am happy to know that I am loved
By someone who matters and cares
She is the nicest person that I've met
Even if I haven't met her in person yet
Some call her mom
Others call her Jodi
I love her like
A daughter loves a mother
She has been there for me
All the way through
And that is what makes her love true
I don't know how she does it
But she always seems to make me smile
And that's what I love about
Jodi and Tyler
