Confused

I am so confused
I thought that without you in my life
I was going to be fine
Once again I was wrong
I talked to you the other day
And on the phone you started to cry
I started asking myself "Why?"
You say that you need me in your life
And I don't know if it is true
I know that I love you
And I hate myself for that
But I can't live without you
I'm so confused
