Summary:

In this modern era, the Earth nations have united to form an Intergalactic Police Force, to oversee and protect the colonies. However, the greatest weakness of the human race is itself. A powerful man is plotting to take over the entire universe, and he plans to by utilizing a secret weapon, capable of unlimited destruction.
