A Lesson from a Book

Summary:
Valentina turns 13 on the day of her school field trip to Lincoln Memorial. When she is in the memorial, she finds a vivid colored monkey. Out of curiosity, she decides to follow that monkey. Her friends try to stop and convince her, but Valentina does not listen to their warnings. She finds the monkey in a room filled with books and documents. When Valentina gets closer to the monkey, the room illuminates and the monkey is gone. Valentina has no idea what she has caught herself into.
