Summary: Power is everything in this world. But this power is not a thing; it's a girl: a mysterious girl who has been trying to run away from the people who want to use her power to conquer the world, and this chasing has caused a large war that has been ongoing for many years: all of it because of this girl. The world became divided into sections ruled over by one person, but a normal civilian would not be aware about this war nor that the world is divided into sections, but everyone, no matter to what degree, was involved in it.
