the unheard

i am surrounded by a world full of drug addicts and alcohol abusers. im so scared, too scared to sleep. there is nothing that i can do to get out of this situation. i scream, but nobody can hear me.its like im living in a world full of deaf people, where noone can hear me. i now know that i am one of them, one of the unheard.
