Flying through the air, I saw it in the corner of my eye. It’s going to land in the net, I thought to myself. We could win this game.

The tennis ball didn’t land in the net. It hit the net and simply fell onto our side of the court. If I didn’t get there fast enough, the game would be tied. I ran to the net, bent as low as I could and sliced the ball. I fell to the ground, but the ball kept going. It bounced to their court and we won the tennis match. First place.
