It starts out with a very pleasant

"Hi, how are you?" Then the customer

Begins to read his order from memory.

"I would like a cheeseburger, no

onions.

... No. Wait. With onions, no pickle ...

Actually, just make it a large fries and

A medium diet Coke."

You read the order back. "Okay,

That was a large fries and

A medium diet Coke."

"Yes, but where's my cheeseburger

With onions, no pickle?"

You smile and say you're sorry,

As if it was your fault and you

Go to make the special order.

With a big smile you bid the customer

Goodbye. You bid the customer

a good day.

But you're smiling because the

customer is leaving, then

It starts out with a very pleasant

"Hi, how are you?"
