My very first job official job was umpiring 6 and 7 year olds in baseballl. I didnt know what to expect but I knew it was going to be a slow day. even though i olny had to do two games it felt like a lifetime. I am a baseball player and when i play the game it seems way faster then what i experienced when i was umping. There are so many rules you have to remember like no lead offs, no stealing the next base, etc. Even though there are TONS of rules, i still did an O.K. job for my very first time. For me, this job was the best way to start out. The pay was good and I had the chance to be around the game I love the most. I can't wait until basebaseball season starts!
