Letter to George Bush

A girl writes this letter addressed to George Bush. She talks about how it must be hard for him now that he is leaving the White House. Most people don't think about what he must be feeling. She says when she visited Washington, D.C. she saw him outside and waved to him. He had the toughest years while he was president. She talked about how the election was close and Bush almost didn't win that year.
