I thought that Kyle Turner's article, "A Guide to Eating Your Feelings," was funny and true. The author incorporated humor into something that (sadly) is a problem among many people these days: singleness. I thought the categories and stories made the article seem professional and hilarious at the same time.
Emotional eating is a common problem among many teens and adults who can't seem to get anywhere with a problem. Their only solution is the process of eating until they feel better, going on with their lives, then revisiting the problem and eating themselves happy again. People who do this tend to seek help from books that instruct on how to quit emotional eating or take control of their feelings.
Unlike the usual guide to ending emotional eating, Kyle's guide was accepting and less serious. I don't know if it was that, the title, or the giant picture of a cupcake next to it, but "A Guide to Eating Your Feelings" was definitely my favorite article in the February issue of Teen Ink.
