When reading "Body shaming:The skinny stance" by Nandini K., I realized that body shaming isn't always towards bigger people. Everybody gets critiized by something that people don't see as "Body goals" and soon they begin to feel insecure. Whether your stomach isn't flat enough or your legs are too skinny, it's all judged by those around us. I agree that peple shoudn't be judged by the way they look and i love when she says "...whether you're round as a pear or thin as a wafer..." you should love yourself because it's true, you shouldn't have to be concsious about your appearance. I admire Nandini for sharing her experience because it takes a lot of "gut" to share and express your feelings.
