Right as I walked into Roosevelt High on my first day of 9th grade I could already tell it was going to be a great year. The walls were covered with posters for going out for speech, drama, basketball, volleyball, band, choir, cheerleading, and many more activities. I liked cheerleading the best; I’ve always wanted to be one, now was my chance and I wasn’t going to miss it. But as I was righting my name down some senior girls came up and started making fun of me saying there was no way I could ever make the cheerleading squad. I didn’t want to start any drama on my first day so I just walked away.

“DING” As the bell rang I went to my first class right away, I didn’t want to be late. Right after I sat down this cute guy with gorgeous blue eyes sat right next to me. I just sat and waited for him to say something to me.
