Wow! I didn't even notice the child in his eyes, but that just makes your work better! I'm hoping on posting some of my own work soon, but it's not nearly as good as that! Keep on drawing!

wow, that is breath taking, not only is it nearly technically perfect, but I feel that it expresses the destiny of youth, we will all grow old, Its the circle of life. that little boy grew into his future and destiny in this picture

The shading is great on the wrinkles and beard, you can see all the individual strands.

The eyes are so well done!! I could stare at them for quite a long time and not get tired of looking. They have depth and intrigue. You shaded them perfectly. Was this done partially in charcoals?

thank you! yeah I am a freshman in highschool and I worked on this by myself in the studio after school. It is not charcoal but I used several dark 9B pencils
