“What the hell kinda name is Soap?” Call of Duty 4 is my favorite game of all time. Captain Price said those words to you at the beginning of the game. I like everything about CoD4. The campaign is exciting and suspenseful. The online play is also very addicting.

Call of Duty 4 was made by the developer Infinity Ward. They have made other CoD’s but I think this one is the best so far. CoD4 was released in 2007 but this game is timeless. My favorite is the online multi-player. There is a good variety in guns to use online. Basically there is two companies that make Call of Duty. One of the companies is treyarch and the other is Infinity Ward.

It is always fun on story mode. On CoD4 they introduce a new character that you play as. The character that is introduce is named mactavish. Mactavish is his real name but his nickname in the game is Soap. In the Campaign you have to hunt down the main leader of the terrorists. Through most of the game you play as Soap but on a couple missions you play as different characters. The campaign is very fun and exciting and is hard to walk away from once you’ve started.

If you ever get bored of playing campaign, there is also online multiplayer. Multiplayer is definitely my favorite feature. It has some awesome variety of guns, maps, and can also play with friends. There are many different game modes that are available. There is 6v6 game modes and also Free for All modes. My favorite game modes are Team DeathMatch, Domination, and Search and Destroy. My favorite thing to do while playing online is to use the sniper. The M40A3 sniper is my favorite gun of all time.

There are a lot of Call of Duties but CoD4 is by far the best one. The story mode is fun and the online play never gets old. I have told you about my favorite things about it, the story mode, and the multiplayer. If you like first person shooters then you should definitely give this one a try.
