The seventh album from INXS lives up to all expectations. Their new LP features Michael Hutchence's vocals and the unique INXS sound, especially enhanced during the first single, "Suicide Blonde." This track includes the electrifying harmonica beats of Andrew Farriss. "X" is composed of many slow, good songs mixed in a variety of fast and powerful tracks, such as "Disappear" and "Suicide Blonde." This album is an excellent step from their ground-breaking "Kick." The band has matured since their last recording, and the songs of "X" display such maturity. I highly recommend this *** album for all INXS fans. n
