I was at my friend's house one day watching him and his brother play some weird online game when a song started playing from his playlist. I was instantly drawn into the words sung by the Dutch singer, Sharon den Adel, and her outstanding band. Later that afternoon, I lay down on my bed and created a playlist on grooveshark.com of only Within Temptation songs. Before I knew it, I was captured by Sharon's soothing vocals and the band's Evanescence-like melodies and songs. I highly recommend this band to anyone who 1) likes/loves bands such as Evanescence and 2) enjoys music that captivates your soul
