Readers will have all emotions come out but the most importantly they will feel like a kid again when they read Katherine Paterson’s Bridge to Terabithia. A girl named Leslie Burke moves into the town of Lark Creek and a boy named Jess Aarons befriends her; together they go on adventures in the magical land of Terabithia where they overcome obstacles as a team. My favorite thing about the book is I felt like I was eight years old again because I felt like I was with them too. Jess and Leslie use imagination to escape their everyday trials like bullies, parents, and school. The imagination makes them feel happy and like they’re a king and queen. Anybody will
appreciate the feeling of being a kid again and helping find a way to escape their own personal trials. This is a good book for any age group because it has all age groups dialogue and all age groups included in this book.
