You may be thinking, “Why choose a book that sounds so boring and unappealing?” But this book will change your mind, maybe even broaden your variety and possibilities of books you can and want to read. It may even completely change your point of view about wolves.

When you think about the word ‘wolves’, you may think about vicious, merciless animals who would stop at nothing for dinner. But, a young wolf pup may help change your mind. This maturing pup, known by Kaala, goes through many experiences in her life. Her mother is banished by the leader wolves, and very few of her littermates are allowed to live. Everything from the thrill of the hunt, to the fear of being put to an end by the humans, Kaala experiences at a young age.

Everything Kaala and the rest of the Swift River Wolf Pack are mentioned in this amazing book. This was a real page-turner for me. Promise of the Wolves was a book of courage, hope, and trust among the wolf pack. I highly recommend this book to anybody who is looking for any adventure books that take you on a journey to faraway places. It was like watching everything happen as if you were following the characters everywhere they went. I really enjoyed this book, and if you read it too, I think that you would feel the same way I did.
