Summer Of Fear By Lois Duncan

Summer Of Fear is a horrifying mystery that will have you craving for more! After I read this book I was determined to read the other fifteen books and they were all magnificent. Every one of them was suspenseful and thrilling. I loved them!

Lois Duncan writes about a girl named Rae who is forced to share a room with her cousin Julia. After Julia’s parents mysteriously die when their car drives off of a cliff. After Julia arrives, Rachel starts to notice weird things happen. She finds pictures of herself with red splotches drawn on them, a voodoo doll in the shape of her dog, and some other strange things. What’s even more, strange, is that nobody else seems to notice these problems. They are all to distracted by her cousin’s of should I say ‘Julia’s’ beauty and charm.

No matter how much I tell you, I’m sure this book will keep you guessing. This story is one of the best books I’ve ever read. I’d recommend all of Lois Duncan books to anyone who likes to get chills.

"It's my fox hat."
"Your fox hat?"
"Yeah, Pudge. My fox hat."
"Why are you wearing your fox hat?"
"Because no one can catch the fox."
