This is one of the best books I have ever read. It’s sad but at the same time is a really good book to read. You won’t be able to put this book down.

Boy in the Striped Pajamas is about the holocaust period, and about a family whose dad works as one of Hitler’s top men. The actual “Boy in the Striped Pajamas” is a boy named, Shmuel, who is in the concentration camp.

Shmuel became friends with one of Hitler’s men’s son, Bruno. Bruno’s dad didn’t approve of the two kids talking or playing through the fence, so the boys decided to talk to each other secretly. The boys’ bond grows stronger and stronger each day. They eventually die together holding hands. I really recommend this book for an easy and fun read. It’s an amazing story line.
