The Secret Of Me by Meg Kearney

This book is about 14-year-old Lizzie McKane's thought about life and experiences. Lizzie and her older brother and sister were all adopted, but Lizzie wonders why she is not allowed to talk about it outside her family and two of her friends who were also adopted. Her life (in her mind) is going crazy and she feels the only thing she can do is write.
I was pleasantly surprised to open the cover and discover that this book is written entirely in poetry.
Meg Kearney writes all sorts of poetry about all sorts of things in this beautifully written book.
This book is good for a teen girl, but I'd like to see how a teen boy reacts to it-as I thought it was great and finished it in one sitting.
