This book is one of the most amazing books that i have ever read i dont really ever find boooks that i can just go in and start reading but this one i can.It all starts when percy jackson is kick out of his collaged and that is thelast straw for him and he wasnt to go back to live with his mom but when he goes their he gets and unewpected serprise his mother tells them that they have to go to a vaca and he is all thrilled about it and so they go.But then grovewr apearse on his front step with some bad news that mosters are wathcing him and that they need to leave now little did he no that his dad was one of the gods of the olypians as in greek gods.so he has to go on this quest with his two best friends annbeath and grove with=ch is a half goat and half human and they have to fingd this lighting bolt that has been stolen from the god of hevan and they have to get it back in less thgan 13 days befor a big war happenes so percy and his two bestfreinds have to go to the underworld to try to find this bolt and they have to confront the god of the dead and try to convince im to give the bolt baack but he doesnt have it so read this book and you will come acrossed all the journeys that they have had and whpo stole tyhe bolt befor the war acorse between all the gods
