Only until the blood dries,
A moment where no one can understand,
Seconds in this sterile time feel oh so bland,
For the dead one, the woman in black cries,
Weeping sounds, as the woman in white dies,
Coffin approaching worth one hundred grand,
Numbers can’t describe the value she had.
Bolt from the scene, my blind innocent eyes.
Waiting for sound in the distance to call
Not having dealt with these struggles before
And then about to stumble, trip, and fall
I'm not trying to drop dead on the floor,
But I trick and crack my head on the wall
My mother's death I will not ignore.
