but just so you know my eyes tend to change,

like leaves in the fall and coffee with milk.
it’s slow but you find that they rearrange,
always when talking they flow just like silk.
but we won’t you know that like i do too,
it’s all my fault i know that to be true.
even if i played our song or kissed you,

it won’t change how you can’t stand me at all,
it won’t change how over again i fall,
harder and harder each time and again,
while you walk along alone with those friends.
i mean if you would just give me a call
i swear that we could maybe fix it all
please i’m down on my knees to make amends
