Forever Friends

Times of hilarity uner blue sky.

With jacarandas and the ripes in bloom.

Those days are left following years fly by.

With summers now shining light now dimmed by gloom.

With the sadiest of shadows shed o'er you.

I still see the glow oh so bright.

With a friendship that last a whole life through.

I pray for mercy to repair your plight.

Your words drowned in tears; only silent eries.

Once your bravery was my favorite grace.

I feel the forlom sorrow in your eyes.

As I give my thanks in one last embrace.

Though final parting, our rapport remains.

Memories light dusk as our daytime wanes.
