Beneath the dying starlight
I find myself alone
In a field of wildflowers
My one and only home
In springtime colors bloom
Not quite sublime in silent drone
The fatal beauty of sweet blue roses
And forget-me-nots have overgrown
Some time ago my mind was clean
Visions never haunted my dreams
Now I see through smoke and mirrors
But still I cannot wait to fall asleep
In these flowers I find my peace
A happy, lonesome, sweet release
